I first saw this hotel on a television program (Extreme Home Makeover). It was one or the prizes for the selected family. It looked like a castle in the middle of a forest so I started to dig on the internet to find out just what this place was.

Their website is very nicely done and has some great photos of the hotel.
It looks like the ultimate guilty please with a panorama of beautiful things to see, do, eat and experience!
This is a perfect spot for an anniversary or special occasion for your loved one.

The only downside I can see is whether to go in the summer of winter. They both look so magical!

In the summer you can go for a hike and then take a gondola ride to the top of the mountain where you can stand, perched on top of the world, feeling the tingling of the wind rushing past you feeling alive as you survey the beauty of the glacier lake, numerous trees and wildlife. You’ll feel your energy recharge with a relaxing peace that will take you away from all your cares. Breath in the grandeur and bounty that nature has provided for us.

Then imagine a cool winters’ day with the snow lightly falling frosting the trees and rooftops. Inside your luxuriously decorated room a fire is burning and you return from a trip to the spa where you’ve just had a relaxing massage. You slip beneath the covers of your heavenly bed for a deep winter slumber.
